Stella Coffee was born from passion and sacrifice, and is prepared with love, care, and devotion. Our coffee promises to be smoother, sweeter, and more nuanced and balanced in flavor. Established in 1997, Stella Coffee began as a family business.

The current owner spent her childhood shadowing her father, sharing a deep passion for coffee with him. Initially focused on green coffee, we eventually expanded to roasting and exporting our coffee worldwide.
As a woman-led company, Stella Coffee is proud to have a majority female workforce. We are committed to the growth of our employees, providing growth-focused training to help them meet both our high standards and their personal goals. This dedication has cultivated a workforce that is unafraid of challenges and highly knowledgeable about coffee preparation.

We source the finest green coffees from local farmers, carefully sorting through to ensure only the highest quality beans are kept. These beans are then transported to Addis Ababa using our own fleet, ensuring they remain safe from unnecessary contact.
To maintain the highest quality, Stella Coffee operates its own laboratory, equipped with all the necessary tools to produce exceptional roasts.
